We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing technology and delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your solution architecture expertise to design and guide technology solutions that support large-scale business transformation initiatives, improve user experiences, and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
Working within a collaborative architecture practice, you will play a key role in shaping technology direction, evaluating emerging trends, and ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, strategic objectives, and long-term sustainability.
About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you will provide expert advice and technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You will analyse technology trends, assess solution options, and design architecture that supports business change while maintaining a secure, scalable and sustainable technology landscape.
Working closely with Enterprise, Business and Technical Architects, you will help ensure solutions are delivered coherently and align with broader technology roadmaps and architectural principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute architecture expertise to the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend solution options, technologies and delivery approaches.
- Apply knowledge of data, information and technology trends, standards and best practices to guide architectural direction.
- Design solutions across areas including ERP, payroll, finance and accounting platforms while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure and platform teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout project delivery.
- Support solution governance and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
About You
You are an innovative and forward-thinking Solution Architect who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing positive change. You bring strong technical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to coach and mentor others.
You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including ERP and EPM platforms.
- Experience leading ERP, data and information architecture initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS environments.
- Exposure to payroll, finance, procurement or enterprise business systems.
- Experience working with, or supporting, AI-enabled initiatives is advantageous.
- A strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate governance and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
