We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join a busy delivery environment, leading multiple concurrent initiatives that support the ongoing enhancement, modernisation, and delivery of critical digital services.
The Opportunity
Provide delivery leadership across a portfolio of software and digital projects, working closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
Rather than focusing on business case development or programme setup activities, you'll be responsible for driving delivery execution, coordinating teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring work remains on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and delivery planning activities
- Managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Proactively identifying and removing delivery blockers
- Coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Supporting the successful delivery of software, digital, and platform enhancement initiatives
You'll bring proven experience delivering software or digital projects within large and complex environments and be comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience delivering software development and digital initiatives
- Excellent understanding of Agile delivery practices and software delivery lifecycles
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects
- M365 experience or knowledge
