You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to successfully deliver transformative programmes of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from business case through implementation and post-delivery review
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and decision frameworks
- Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with organisational strategy and priorities
- Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Drive governance, reporting, and transparency for senior leadership and executive audiences
- Apply best-practice delivery approaches (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) as appropriate
- Manage vendors, RFP processes, contracts, and commercial performance
- Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
You are a confident, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of leading complex IT programmes.
You will bring:
- 10 years’ project management experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale IT projects end-to-end
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce implementations (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of project governance, financials, and risk management
- Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and budgets effectively
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including presenting to Executives and Steering Committees
- Confidence in developing and presenting solution papers and driving stakeholder buy-in
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Experience in sectors such as financial services, government, telecommunications, or technology (preferred)
- Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar) is advantageous
- Iterative delivery experience using Kanban, Sprint or the like
