This contract opportunity will see you working across policy, process, service delivery, and business operations to help translate complex change into practical, implementable outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse regulatory and policy changes and assess impacts across business processes, procedures, systems, forms, communications, and service delivery models.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document current-state and future-state requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and business solution sessions with stakeholders ranging from frontline users through to senior leaders.
- Define, document, and manage business requirements, including traceability and change control.
- Conduct process analysis and operational design activities to support implementation planning.
- Perform impact assessments and contribute to business readiness and change planning.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex business change, regulatory implementation, or organisational transformation initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process redesign capability.
- Experience conducting impact assessments and translating policy or strategic objectives into operational solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, business cases, process maps, and implementation plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
