The Opportunity
Working alongside the Project Manager and programme leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analysing, and translating complex information into clear recommendations and actionable business outcomes. You'll help shape future operating models, support organisational change initiatives, and drive business improvement across a major transformation programme.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Analysis & Discovery
- Gather, assess, analyse, and communicate information from a wide range of operational and strategic sources.
- Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Conduct solution analysis and support future-state design activities.
- Translate complex business problems into practical and achievable recommendations.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Build strong relationships across operational, technical, and executive stakeholder groups.
- Navigate multiple viewpoints to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Map, analyse, and improve current business processes.
- Develop future-state business models and capability frameworks.
- Support business function design, organisational capability planning, and operating model development.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and service improvement.
- Contribute to change initiatives that support new ways of working.
- Develop high-quality project artefacts including:
- Business process documentation
- Frameworks and methodologies
- Policies and procedures
- Training and support materials
- Business cases and options papers
- Support successful transition and adoption outcomes.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within large and complex organisations.
- Exceptional requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
- Advanced business process modelling capability.
- Experience developing frameworks, operating models, and future-state designs.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication and documentation expertise.
- The ability to simplify complex information into clear business insights and recommendations.
