About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support evolving business needs. Working closely with stakeholders and technical team members, you'll help deliver robust, scalable and secure solutions across the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate requirements and solution approaches
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to optimise through Salesforce capabilities
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, including data models, user experiences and platform functionality
- Configure and customise Salesforce objects, workflows and automation processes
- Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practice
- Assess technical considerations including security, platform limits and scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar Salesforce-focused role
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities
- Experience working within software development or business solutions environments
- Sound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications
- Experience working within large or complex enterprise environments
- Experience working under time pressure and to deadlines alongside strong attention to detail, a passion for quality and excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Salesforce Functional and Technical skills to support a Salesforce Organisation using Service Cloud, Omni-Channel & Field Service
