About the role
In this contract role, you will work closely with delivery and technical teams to define requirements, execute testing, and actively contribute to feature prioritisation and roadmap design. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring early releases are valuable, stable, and set up for scalable future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure requirements align to both MVP scope and future feature evolution
- Maintain traceability between business outcomes, MVP deliverables and roadmap items
- Plan and execute functional, regression and UAT testing within Salesforce
- Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios and scripts
- Log, manage and retest defects through to resolution
- Contribute to the design, refinement and maintenance of a feature roadmap
- Create epics and tasks to support MVP and subsequent delivery phases
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on scope, sequencing and trade-offs
- Clearly communicate roadmap rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support adoption through documentation, release notes and training inputs
You’re a pragmatic, delivery-focused Business Analyst who enjoys being close to the detail, while also thinking one step ahead about product direction and outcomes.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, systems or product environments
- Strong hands-on experience with testing and quality assurance
- Demonstrated experience working within the Salesforce platform
- Experience contributing to and influencing feature or product roadmaps
- Practical experience using RICE and/or MoSCoW prioritisation methods
- Experience working across MVP and post-MVP delivery phases
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst or similar)
- Experience working closely with Product Managers or Product Owners
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Experience supporting roadmap planning across multiple releases or quarters
