We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Project Administrator to support a high-profile programme of work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, impactful work while developing your project coordination and programme support experience.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of programme activities by providing coordination, administration, and stakeholder support across multiple workstreams.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating programme activities and supporting delivery across projects
  • Providing high-quality administrative and secretariat support (including meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking)
  • Supporting stakeholder communication and engagement across internal and external groups
  • Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and tracking programme progress
  • Promoting best practice in project and programme governance and processes
This role operates in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and resilience are essential.

You’re a proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a supportive, coordination-heavy role. You enjoy keeping things organised, working with stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key experience and skills:
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, projects, or programmes of work
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including secretariat support
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exposure to project or programme environments (PMO experience beneficial)
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience within government, public sector, or complex organisations
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to pivot in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
