About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of programme activities by providing coordination, administration, and stakeholder support across multiple workstreams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating programme activities and supporting delivery across projects
- Providing high-quality administrative and secretariat support (including meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking)
- Supporting stakeholder communication and engagement across internal and external groups
- Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and tracking programme progress
- Promoting best practice in project and programme governance and processes
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a supportive, coordination-heavy role. You enjoy keeping things organised, working with stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key experience and skills:
- Experience supporting senior leaders, projects, or programmes of work
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including secretariat support
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to project or programme environments (PMO experience beneficial)
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Experience within government, public sector, or complex organisations
- Calm, adaptable, and able to pivot in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
