We’re looking for a senior change professional with 10-15 years’ experience leading transformation across complex, multiterm‑workstream programmes. You’ll shape the programme‑wide change strategy, guide a team of Change Managers and Analysts, and provide trusted advice to senior leaders.
What you’ll do
- Lead the overarching change, engagement, comms and learning strategy
- Ensure programme sequencing, milestones and people impacts are understood and aligned
- Coach and support a change team (6–8 people at peak)
- Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Drive high‑quality adoption planning and readiness activities
- Significant change leadership experience in large, complex environments
- SAP/ERP programme experience—essential
- Strength in organisational design, engagement, and strategic communication
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Calm, credible presence with senior stakeholders
