We are supporting one of our key public sector clients in finding candidates for multiple vacancies. These are opportunities to own and shape platforms that matter. As a Product Owner / Platform Lead, you’ll drive impact across mission-critical systems—balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the product backlog aligned to business goals
- Ensure stability of live platforms (support, fixes, enhancements)
- Deliver current initiatives while shaping the future roadmap
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive delivery
- Make product decisions balancing customer, business, and technical needs
- Track performance using adoption, service, and satisfaction metrics
- Support vendor management and procurement activities
- Enable agile delivery (refinement, planning, iteration)
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Platform Specialist
- Strong experience working across enterprise digital platforms
- Exposure to either:
- Workflow / case management systems
- Web platforms, including custom builds and CMS environments
- Enterprise resource management platforms, preferably SAP
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision through to delivery and optimisation
