About the role:
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of new features and functionality within a ServiceNow platform, while ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of the system. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll drive release planning and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog
- Lead the delivery of new features and platform enhancements
- Plan and coordinate releases to ensure smooth delivery cycles
- Oversee platform performance and ongoing operational stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise work and align to business outcomes
- Proven experience as a Product Owner working with ServiceNow (essential)
- Strong understanding of platform delivery and lifecycle management
- Experience planning and managing releases in Agile environments
- Ability to work across technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
