Are you a skilled Product Analyst with a passion for service design, transition management, and digital transformation? We’re seeking a contract professional to join a high-impact team supporting the delivery of foundational digital platforms and services.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a collaborative Service Design & Analysis Team, working across the ideation and definition phases of the product lifecycle. This role is critical in shaping the future of enterprise platforms and services, ensuring they are well-defined, supportable, and aligned with strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for digital products, platforms, and services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Designers to scope and plan initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Analyse product data to identify trends in incidents, requests, changes, and system health.
- Contribute to service transition planning, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Proven experience in product/platform/service definition and process mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management and transition practices.
- Skilled in data analysis, business requirements validation, and documentation.
- Confident in leading workshops and negotiating outcomes with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks.
- Resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities.
