We have a requirement for a Principal BI Developer who will lead enterprise development and migration projects, set best practices, and mentor junior developers. The focus is on delivering trusted BI products that enable smarter decision‑making, embed a data‑driven culture, and drive meaningful change.
What you’ll do:• Design and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards with cutting-edge UX.
• Drive the BI roadmap, championing best practices and governance.
• Mentor and guide developers, building a centre of excellence for BI.
• Collaborate across teams to create insightful, secure, and scalable solutions.
What we’re looking for:• Expert in Power BI (visualisation, DAX, governance, ETL).
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with Qlik Sense
• Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• A natural leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
