Following a substantial organisational restructure, our client is now entering a critical phase of implementation — and they need an experienced HR professional to help drive it.
This is a hands on, fast moving position for an HR Specialist who thrives in complexity and enjoys bringing order to change. You’ll play a central role in supporting and leading a wide range of post restructure activities, including:
• Investigating and responding to employee feedback
• Coordinating and resolving queries from staff and leaders
• Overseeing onboarding and managing letter of offers
• Guiding internal teams through new processes and expectations
You’ll be the go to expert for HR, recruitment, and change navigation — ensuring the division moves forward smoothly, confidently, and in alignment with best practice.
