We are seeking an experienced professional who can bring financial insight, analytical rigour, and structured business support to a programme that is shaping the future of enterprise‑wide information management.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed programme budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyse financial performance, track variances, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Support whole‑of‑life cost modelling, OPEX/CAPEX analysis, and financial reporting.
- Gather and document business and financial requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to benefits realisation, options analysis, and BBC‑aligned business cases.
- Assist with procurement planning, tender evaluation support, and commercial analysis.
- Track contract financials, monitor spend, and ensure alignment of deliverables to payments.
- Maintain robust governance artefacts, reporting, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Proven experience in Finance Analysis, Business Analysis, or a hybrid role within complex programmes.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability (Excel and related tools).
- Experience working in large IM/IT or transformation environments, ideally within or alongside the public sector.
- Understanding of government budgeting, financial controls, and procurement frameworks.
- Excellent written communication skills—able to synthesise complexity into clear, concise outputs.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, business, or IT.
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a valid security clearance or be able to obtain one. Candidates without clearance eligibility cannot be considered.
