This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery—providing trusted advice on technology options, shaping decision-making, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions that deliver real-world outcomes.
You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure technology investments are fit-for-purpose, practical, and embedded effectively into operations.
The Role
This is a highly business-facing role where you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology system options and delivery approaches
- Translate complex technical proposals into clear, business-ready recommendations and decisions
- Lead option evaluation and decision support, including trade-offs, cost implications, and delivery considerations
- Manage and build strong, collaborative vendor relationships to support successful delivery outcomes
- Support implementation and adoption, including readiness, testing, and transition to BAU
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable efficiency improvements and operational value
What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience advising business stakeholders on technology system options
- Strong track record of vendor management and engagement
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical business advice
- Experience supporting technology implementations and adoption
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience working in public sector or regulated environments
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, integration environments, or enterprise systems
- Background in business analysis, product ownership, or service management
- Work across a high-profile, multi-stakeholder transformation environment
- Play a critical role in ensuring technology investments deliver real business value
- Engage with senior leaders, vendors, and delivery teams in a high-impact advisory capacity
