We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support large-scale IT change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can both design and deliver effective change and training strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver change management activities across IT projects
- Develop detailed change plans, including stakeholder engagement and communications
- Design and produce training plans, materials, and supporting documentation
- Deliver hands-on training within technical/IT environments
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Proven experience delivering change within IT or technology-driven projects
- Strong track record in creating structured change and training plans
- Experience developing and delivering training content
- Ability to operate in large, enterprise-level environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous but not essential
