We’re looking for a Change Analyst who sits at the intersection of digital communications and organisational change — someone who can elevate how change is understood, adopted, and embedded across a complex, multi-site environment. 

This role will initially focus on uplifting internal communications and intranet capability, before evolving into a broader position driving change maturity and engagement across key programmes of work.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping how change is communicated and experienced across the organisation — combining structured change practices with modern, user-focused digital communications.

Early priorities will include:
  • Reviewing and enhancing internal communication channels
  • Improving intranet content, structure, and usability
  • Translating complex initiatives into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging
  • Creating consistency in how change is communicated across multiple teams and locations
From there, you’ll extend your impact into:
  • Leading change impact assessments and planning
  • Supporting leaders to build change readiness and adoption
  • Driving continuous improvement in change maturity and engagement capability
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking someone who can influence at all levels and bring people on the journey — not just deliver process . You'll bring the following:
  • Experience in change management and/or internal communications
  • A strong background in digital communications (intranets, content design, user experience)
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across complex environments
  • Confidence translating technical or operational change into clear, human-centred messaging
  • Experience working across multiple teams, sites, or business units

  • Strong written communication – clear, concise, and audience-focused
  • Ability to challenge and uplift existing approaches to communication and change
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead from the front without formal authority
