What you'll be doing
- Analyse complex business processes, information flows and data requirements
- Investigate how data is collected, managed, integrated and consumed across multiple systems
- Translate business, reporting and data needs into clear requirements and business rules
- Support the replacement and enhancement of key operational systems
- Contribute to solution design, testing, implementation and change activities
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to bring together diverse stakeholder perspectives
- Understand the broader organisational impacts of change and ensure solutions address underlying business needs
What we're looking for
- Senior-level Business Analysis experience in complex operational, technical or data-rich environments
- Strong process analysis, requirements gathering and business rules definition skills
- Excellent systems thinking and the ability to understand dependencies and impacts
- Experience working across business and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
- The ability to simplify complexity and challenge assumptions constructively
- Experience supporting solution delivery through design, testing and implementation
- Comfort using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis
