Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyse and redesign business processes to support the new operating model.
- Run workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements.
- Produce high‑quality documentation: current/future‑state processes, requirements, and user stories.
- Support business change activities including impact assessments and readiness planning.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across business and delivery teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven BA experience within large transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
- Strong process analysis and process mapping skills (BPMN or similar).
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience supporting business change, including understanding impacts on people, processes and systems.
- Comfortable working in agile or fast‑moving environments with evolving priorities.
