What you'll be doing
- Analyse and map end-to-end business capabilities and core operational processes
- Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and alignment
- Develop future-state business architecture aligned to strategic objectives
- Create clear linkages between business strategy, operating models, processes, and digital initiatives
- Partner with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technology teams to establish a shared transformation roadmap
- Define business capability models, value streams, and process frameworks
- Provide strategic guidance on business change priorities and sequencing
- Support the delivery of a coherent and actionable future-state operating environment
- Proven experience as a Business Architect within large and complex organisations
- Strong capability in business capability modelling, process architecture, and operating model design
- Experience aligning business and digital transformation initiatives to strategic outcomes
- Expertise in process analysis, process optimisation, and business architecture frameworks
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working across enterprise transformation, organisational redesign, or digital transformation programmes
- Experience working within public sector or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of frameworks such as BIZBOK, TOGAF, BPMN, or similar
- Experience developing business architecture artefacts that support investment and transformation decision-making
