About the Role
- You’ll work closely with a Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support sprint delivery.
- This is a hands-on BA role where your ability to write sharp user stories, manage backlogs, and bridge technical and business teams will be key to success.
- User Stories & Backlog: Translate requirements into prioritised, sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria in ServiceNow
- Agile Delivery: Support Agile ceremonies and prioritisation while providing real-time guidance to delivery teams
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders, run workshops, and bridge business and technical teams
- ServiceNow Platform: Manage backlog and stories in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with platform best practices
- Process Improvement & QA: Drive process improvements, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business needs
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Strong capability writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ideally Agile module)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, concise deliverables
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Scrum / Kanban frameworks
