Starfish Consulting is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious Associate Client Manager to join our Wellington team. As an Associate Client Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our transformation recruitment practice by:
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates across business and digital transformation
  • Helping senior consultants manage key accounts and shape strategic partnerships
  • Identifying problems, spotting opportunities, and connecting great people with meaningful work
  • Supporting delivery across search, talent engagement, and recruitment solutions
  • Contributing to the continued growth and evolution of Starfish Consulting

1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, client services, or account management is ideal — but mindset, attitude, and alignment with our values matter most.
