About the Role:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates across transformation roles
- Support senior consultants in maintaining strong partnerships with key accounts and learn the ropes of strategic account management
- Help shape the future of Starfish as we continue to grow
About You:
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or client services
- Ambitious, hardworking, and ready to build a long-term career
- Passionate about delivering authentic service
- Organised, resilient, and proactive
