Having operated within the recruitment sector for over 30 years, my passion and purpose is to help my clients solve their problems and achieve the best possible outcome.

I like to work with candidates to define their story and focus on their motivation and agree a specific search plan that is aligned to their objectives. I have worked in partnership with clients across a wide range of sectors in the UK and NZ and since I have operated in Wellington, I specialise within the Portfolio, Programme and project delivery and business transformation space.

At Starfish, I am responsible for managing the team and leading the delivery of recruitment and consulting services to a number of key clients. Change is constant and I love to assist my clients with their resource planning and equally enjoy working with candidates who are thinking about making a change in their career.

With an extensive sales leadership and account management background, my recruitment mantra is simple: Authentic trusted client relationships with candidate care is pivotal mixed with a passion to truly understand how we can provide value
and assist clients with solving their key issues.
