Kim has been with Starfish for over twelve years.

At Starfish, Kim is responsible for managing the team and leading the delivery of recruitment and consulting services to a number of key clients.

She considers her role a privilege, as it has enabled her to witness, and be party to the 'behind the scenes' activity of Government organisations.  Being able to work alongside, and place the people that drive the success within the public sector is what she really enjoys.  Her biggest highlights have been when she has successfully placed a candidate when they have been looked over / let down previously because of their lack of ‘specific’ titles held, qualifications or sector experience.     

With a design and marketing background, Kim works on the business collateral to ensure that we accurately communicate to our clients, candidates and the Starfish team.

Most likely to say ... Who took my?  Oh, here it is....

When not at work ... Kim is likely to be doing something creative, walking Gracie (her fur baby), trying to be a tradie, and planning house renovations!

What most people don't expect about me ...I grew up on a sheep and beef farm in Tangiteroria, halfway between Whangarei and Dargaville and studied Fashion Design in Christchurch at 16.
