Wim is a Starfish senior consultant with more than 30 years managerial experience. His senior management and consulting experience is supported by his technical background and he has held senior management roles, including management of key projects in a wide range of business environments.

One of the major projects Wim has worked on was in the aviation sector managing the development and implementation of aviation safety related projects.  Prior to joining Starfish, Wim spent several years as a senior consultant managing strategic projects in New Zealand and internationally.  Within Starfish Wim has developed the policies, methodologies and procedural support materials for the consulting practice.  

Wim’s earlier career in the Netherlands was as an electronics engineer, analyst programmer, and relationship manager.
