Vanessa is a skilled Starfish Consultant capable of providing an array of services ranging from business and process analysis, business change, communications, training, planning and documentation services. Vanessa has over 10 years experience working in a variety of project roles throughout the full project life cycle. Her experience includes working with businesses in the telecommunications, ICT, Government, recruitment and banking sectors both in New Zealand and overseas.

Vanessa thrives in roles which take advantage of her adaptable skills set and her strong analytical, communication and organisational skills. She takes a proactive approach in assignments and one of her strengths is being able to create structure in large and chaotic environments.
