Tadek is a Director and the General Manager of Starfish.

A senior executive and a management consultant with over 20 years experience in managing businesses, providing business and technology consulting advice and managing complex projects.  He has worked in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and USA.

Since 1991, Tadek has held senior management roles, regularly reporting to executive management and boards of directors on strategic and tactical business issues.  Previous roles have included General Manager, Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager and IT Manager.

As a Senior Manager in the Ernst & Young Business Consulting Group, Tadek managed strategic projects for clients in New Zealand and Asia.  As a Principal Consultant with Silverline Technologies (previously Azimuth Consulting) he advised clients and managed projects in New Zealand, USA and Australia.  His last role with Silverline was that of the General Manager (Asia Pacific Region).  At Starfish Tadek leads and supports the overall management of Starfish, delivery of consulting assignments and ongoing development of consulting capabilities.

When not at work: bridge, squash, skiing … and fly fishing (it’s not called “catching”)
