Sila is a Senior Consultant specialising in organisational change, business process improvement and project management.  He has 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry and was responsible for leading strategic projects that achieved successful outcomes. 

Sila held senior management, team management and project management roles.  Sila was key figure in the development of quality management systems in accordance with global quality standards, implementation of quality improvement programs and organisational change projects. 

Sila has highly effective skills in working with people, whether it is direct management of staff or influencing key stakeholders in a project. 

He has worked closely with executive management to establish leadership commitment, effective processes and staff buy-in for business transformation.  Sila has been successful in leading organisations to improve strategic alignment, quality management, performance management, customer service, staff engagement, process effectiveness and internal communication.

Since joining Starfish in 2006, Sila has continued to deliver successful outcomes for client organisations in the electricity, textile, telecommunications industries as well as several public sector organisations. 

Sila has professional and personable style which enables him to understand key issues quickly and work with stakeholders in an open manner.
