Roshni is a Starfish Managed Services Consultant who joined us in early 2010, and specialises in providing leadership and guidance to project consultants working on key client sites.

Managing the Auckland Team for Starfish Managed Services, Roshni currently manages a large team of project professionals in Auckland, whose personalities, skills and talents have always been interesting and varied.

With more than 10 years of extensive experience in managing resources and talents for numerous projects and company operations, Roshni has developed a well-rounded approach in managing the business, its operations, finances, resources, and its people. 

This is clearly evident from her impressive career track record of having three years as Operations Manager for an international large construction and engineering organisation, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations, developed and implemented strategic plans, built business partnerships, managed logistics, purchasing, warehouse and inventory, third party, and its human resources. In addition to this she has worked on various large scale projects based in London and Sydney.

Together with her stint for more than five years in the area of project management, coordination and administration, it has broadened her people management skills and further strengthened her ability to fully understand the clients’ needs and match these with the skills and personalities of her talents. 

Her great customer focused approach has made it easy for her to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships both with her clients and her team.
