Rose is a Starfish Senior Consultant specialising in business process improvement, capability development and business analysis. 

Rose has worked for the last 10 years in the IT industry and has experience in the government, financial and telecommunications industries. Her strengths are her strong analytical and numeric skills, her leadership and networking skills and her very strong organisational skills.

Rose recently worked for a large IT company where she managed a team of Business Analysts and worked on building the BA capability within the company. She has also been involved in large IT development projects for Internal Affairs and Education.

Since joining Starfish Rose has worked in both the Government sector completing assignments involving business process improvement.

When not at work … When not at work Rose can be seen walking…a lot.  Also plays tennis, skis, does yoga, loves going to RPM.  Often seen beside rivers and lakes watching her son rowing, or cooking for hungry rowers.
