Rob Patrick
Senior Consultant
Rob is a highly experienced Programme, Project and Programme Office Manager. He brings over 12 years experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, in both the Public and Private Sector.
Rob has strong strategic capability, driving the formulation and execution of strategic and business plans, including TelstraClear’s annual $110-150m capital investment programme, and IAG’s $30m annual technology spend.
Rob is presently consulting to the New Zealand Defence Force as the Practise Manager for the Defence Transformation Programme (DTP) PMO. In this role Rob is responsible for assurance of programme and project practise, ensuring consistency of approach and enhancement of general project practises.
He is skilled at managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Sound communication and influencing skills in combination with pragmatic process and control orientation as enablers to driving business outcomes. Skilled at achieving successful outcomes through influencing and utilising strong networks.
He possesses strong people management skills and leadership in the development of colleagues and staff. Ability to assess and manage the conflict between demand and resources, through prioritisation and management of workloads at both macro and micro levels.
