Rick is a Starfish senior consultant with over 30 years in IT with 16 years IT managerial experience gained in New Zealand and the UK.

Rick has held senior management and consulting roles and been involved in development management, programme management and project management of applications development and infrastructure projects.  

He has worked for Starfish clients providing Project Management of technical software and hardware deployments and business process improvement for Government agencies in Wellington. 

Prior to this he was a Programme Manager for a UK based services company providing Microsoft solutions to UK companies.  Before moving to the UK Rick worked as a Programme and Development Manager developing and supporting applications in the insurance, banking and government sectors in Wellington.
