Rhonda is the Consultant Relationship Manager for Starfish.   This is a new and exciting role for Starfish that was established in July 2010.   We are thrilled to see Rhonda join our team to focus on building long term relationships with current and potential Starfish consultants. 

Rhonda’s focus is to work closely with Starfish consultants (existing and potential) and the client management team.  A strong relationship and understanding will see consultants to receive the attention and service they deserve, as well as ensure the Starfish team understands the short, medium and long term requirements of consultants.

Rhonda joins Starfish with a 12 year Financial Services Background specialising in Relationship Management and Business Development.  With a strong customer service focus Rhonda believes in building relationships with her consultants and enjoys gaining an in-depth understanding of their requirements and being able to deliver to those.  

She describes her style as a hardworking professional with strong morals and excellent relationship management skills.

When not at work ... Enjoys spending time with family, gym and social events.
