Paul is an experienced consultant with over 20 years working in Local and Central Government as well as the private sector. 

Paul is experienced in HR Policy development and review. He has led the development and review of policies covering a broad range of business processes. He has also led the development of organisational core values, which defined the desirable behaviours necessary to achieve organisational objectives and were used to inform policy development and drive performance.

He brings broad experience facilitating workshops and meetings necessary to develop policy and business processes.  Significant workshops managed include Organisational core values, System requirement workshops for Health and Safety application procurement and Recruitment policy workshops. In addition to facilitation of group workshops, Paul has extensive experience interviewing individuals and groups to clarify their needs and views on significant issues.

Paul is an empathic, values based leader with an inclusive and open style.  He believes in empowering others and that honesty, integrity and the sharing of information are the keys to engagement and success. He has a broad range of experience in human resource management including:
