• Relocation of several hundred staff within Wellington and Auckland across multiple sites, the transition of key operations functions to Auckland and the transition of some functions to Sydney, Australia
• Establish new operational business unit for national service centre
• Market test of new market rules, processes & systems for contestable retail gas and electricity markets
• Deployment of global e-marketing initiative to leverage workflow tools for campaign management and targeted Web-based marketing
• Electronic integration of trading partner processes in the logistics chain of a rail services provider
• Replenishment programme for a national retailer.
