Martin is an experienced Senior Business Consultant who has worked on large scale change programmes and projects within a range of industries, both here and overseas.

During the past 10 years, these consultancy roles have been primarily within the government sector and have been based around engagements within Defence, Justice, Health, Corrections and also within Health and several large public sector NGO’s in the UK.

Through consulting and managing in the public and private sector at all levels, including board roles, he is skilled at dealing with abstract and conceptual people matters and in reaching conclusions based on identifying the most relevant implications of bigger analytical problems.

Evidence-based research experience within both the HR and Psychology fields further enables Martin to provide well informed strategic decision making advice to clients.

• Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Psychology - University of Canterbury
• Bachelor of Social Science, (Society and the Individual) - Lincoln University
