Mark is a Senior Management Consultant who has extensive experience consulting to Public Sector organisations. 

Mark is an expert in developing policy, performance measurement criteria and outcome frameworks and has vast experience developing strategic and tactical plans and assists with the development of performance measurement criteria and outcome frameworks. 

He specialises in carrying out legislative and policy based assignments including the implementation of legislation driven work programmes, performance reviews, organisational review and restructure, the development of governance frameworks, programme and investment evaluations, and the development of policy for public sector clients.

At Ministry of Research, Science & Technology as Director, Performance and Evaluation Mark provided advice and guidance to the Minister and his Cabinet colleagues on the Government’s science and technology investment programme. 

Previous to this he was Chief Adviser in the Commerce Commission.  Mark is our leading subject matter expert in development of performance management criteria and outcome frameworks.

At Telecom Mark held positions that included responsibility for all planning and performance monitoring functions within the Business Service business unit as well as the development and communication of strategies and plan to achieve operational, revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
