Kevin is a Starfish Senior Consultant with a broad skill set initially gained during a very varied and rewarding career in the British Army that saw him fill roles in North America, Europe, the Middle East and finally in New Zealand. 

Since then he has worked predominantly in the change arena, firstly leading a change project within the New Zealand Defence Force, and more recently as a subject matter expert on a logistic transformation bid team.  His current assignment sees him leading another change project, this one looking to rationalise the recruiting process for a government department.

In particular Kevin has over 20 years’ leadership and project management experience, predominantly gained in the logistic, engineering and training environments. Furthermore he has worked extensively within the organisational development, process development and business planning fields.

Kevin is an engaging and personable member of the team with a “can-do” attitude.  He is known as a strong team player and communicator, and a good all round people's person.

When not at work … Balancing trying to get out and about to see as much of New Zealand as we can with taxi-driving our sporty teenagers around the region.
