Jim is a Starfish Associate responsible for developing emergency response planning and security and revenue protection systems.

Jim has over 35 years experience in the police and the commercial environment, working primarily with commercial companies, financial sector and government agencies.

He has successfully managed security and investigation services and emergency response functions in New Zealand and overseas.  He has carried out management and operational reviews of these functions to align their performance with the business needs of the organisation to add value and assist with preserving profit.

Since joining Starfish Jim has worked in the Government sector on emergency response and business continuity management. 

Jim’s experience includes working within the maritime industry, civil defence and emergency management, retail and postal business, and the Government sector.

• Diploma in Business Administration
• Diploma in New Zealand Policing
