Duncan is a Starfish senior information systems consultant responsible for delivering enterprise-class information systems management services. Duncan possesses over 25 years experience in the IT industry, working primarily with IT management, software and infrastructure delivery engagements since 1982. He has successfully managed several multi-million dollar value projects and developed enduring business relationships with key customers.

Since joining Starfish, Duncan has worked in the Government sector on change management, IS strategic planning and project management assignments. Prior to joining Starfish, Duncan was a senior manager with a global service provider and spent eight years leading their engagement in a high‑profile energy company. Duncan’s experience includes working with businesses in Government, energy, telecommunications, banking and insurance sectors.
