Debbie is a Starfish Consultant who joined us in July 2010, and specialises in providing business analysis services.

With a background in programming and systems analysis, Debbie does well communicating with people at different technical levels, bridging the gap between technical consultants and business stakeholders.  She works well eliciting business needs, and identifying the business requirements necessary to meet them.

Debbie has worked on projects from business case to delivery, and provides excellent value throughout the process.  She has experience in providing current state analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, root cause analysis, reviewing technical solutions, and being the intermediary between the vendors and the business.  She has 8 years IT experience in both the public and private sector, and has worked in the health, education and utilities industries.

Debbie has a real appreciation for business users, with a genuine interest in both what they do and how they do it.  She develops good relationships with the people she engages with, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. 

She has a pro-active, hard-working and dedicated attitude to her work.  Her passionate and enthusiastic nature drives her to get the job done, to the best of her ability, and for the best outcome to all involved.
