Dave is a Starfish consultant responsible for delivering information systems' management services. Dave has over 30 years experience in the IT industry, primarily in management and software application development.

He has successfully managed multi-million dollar value projects in New Zealand and Germany.

Prior to joining Starfish, Dave worked for the UK Ministry of Defence (including four years with NATO in Munich, Germany), a major NZ energy company and a global service provider. Dave's experience includes working in the defence, welfare, energy and banking sectors.
