Cushla is a highly experienced and pragmatic Process Consultant with over ten years of experience. 

Qualified in Lean / Six Sigma she has completed her green belt six sigma training as well as Lean Training.  She has applied these methodologies within Government and Private organisations and to a number of projects at AMP and the Ministry of Education. 

For Starfish, Cushla is consulting to the New Zealand Defence Force within the Defence Transformation Programme.  Previous to this, Cushla was working at the Ministry of Education as Business Process and Systems Analyst within the Education Service Payroll (ESP) team.

Prior to this project at AMP, Cushla was a major part of Implementing a new work management tool which impacted with a high amount of cultural change to the organisation.  Thanks to Cushla’s background with training and facilitation she became a major part of Training management and staff plus technical support to ensure a smooth transition technically and culturally for the organisation. 

Cushla is in the process of starting a Prince2 certification to further expand her capabilities within the project management arena.
