Crispin is a senior consultant with specialist expertise in organisational design and capability.

He is a registered industrial and organisational psychologist with over 25 years experience across public and private sectors, both here in New Zealand and in an international context.

Crispin began his career in the New Zealand Army as a Field Psychologist developing and conducting advanced selection methods, learning, and performance managment processes. Crispin entered the private sector in 1994 and served as a policy advisor and subsequently manager of HR Development within Telecom New Zealand.

Crispin moved to consulting in 2001 and has been engaged on a broad mix of organisational change and development assignments with Utilities, Central and Local public agencies, Health, Land information, Science, Food safety, Maritime, Defence, Justice, Fisheries and Corrections.

He has also worked on technical assistance and civil service reform projects in Asia for the Asian Development Bank. He draws on a deep skill set for solving people related business issues acquired across diverse environments.
