Brian is a seasoned Senior Project / Programme Manager who has held a variety of both business and technically focussed roles including Chief Information Officer, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Line Manager, Change Manager and Consultant. 

Brian has an impressive track record planning, procuring and implementing a variety of systems and solutions such as Financial Management (FMIS) / Practice Management solutions (PMS /  ERP) to enables organisations to be more effective and efficient.

An exceptional communicator, Brian uses his IT and business management skills to better make use of information to benefit an organisation’s strategic objectives. His strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are evident from the moment people meet Brian.
