Alan is a senior consultant specialising in project and change: design, management, and integration.

Over the course of his professional and consulting career, Alan has successfully managed a range of medium to large scale project, business, and organisational change programmes within the public and private sectors.

Alan offers a broad range of skills to clients, drawing on a background of service development; project management; change management; operational management; training design and delivery; and writing gained from more than ten years senior-level experience.

Alan is comfortable working with people at all levels within organisations from chief executives and senior managers to frontline staff in a diverse range of areas including strategy development, business planning, project and change design, implementation and management.
