Liza Viz is the Chief Executive for Starfish Consulting.

Liza has over 25 years experience including General Business Management and Human Resource Consulting in a variety of sectors and service businesses.

As an experienced business leader she understands the importance of organisations delivering outcomes in a very competitive and ever changing market .This she believes can be achieved through dynamic and strategic business leadership and tapping into the right solutions through expertise such as management consulting and /or the sourcing, placing and retention of good talent.

Liza is passionate about the dynamics of business and has an earnest desire that the organisation delivers quality solutions to clients and that she leads a business that lives its values and works toward benefiting New Zealand.

Liza is also a Director serving on the Board of the Beyond Holdings Group.

Liza is most likely to say “there is always a solution, lets find it and let’s do it!”

Liza describes herself as a “child of the world” embracing the wonder of learning from different cultures.  She paints New Zealand landscapes and enjoys experimenting with colour.  Business she says is no different to a work of art, i.e. through creative visualizing and careful planning you will achieve a good end result.
