Emma is a senior analyst with experience in a wide range of commercial and government environments. She has proven experience in operational efficiency, leading teams and providing robust business, financial, statistical and economic analysis.

Through her work as leader of the GDP team at Statistics NZ, Emma developed an excellent understanding of the mechanics and politics of the New Zealand economy at a micro and macroeconomic level, as well as understanding New Zealand in an international context.

Technical skills

When not at work… Emma divides her time between working on her Masters Degree (in Emergency Management) and doing as many outdoor activities as possible, especially swimming and scuba diving.
